Injured at work? We provide chiropractic treatment for accepted NSW workers compensation claims. Dr Elvin is approved to deliver services under the SIRA workers compensation scheme, and we manage the paperwork and billing directly with your insurer so you can focus on recovering.

What you need
- An accepted (or provisionally accepted) workers compensation claim with a claim number.
- Your insurer's name and contact details.
- Your nominated treating doctor (usually your GP), who oversees your recovery and certificate of capacity.
- Details of your workplace injury so we can tailor treatment to your recovery-at-work goals.
How approval works
Chiropractic treatment must be reasonably necessary as a result of your work injury, and your insurer approves the treatment. After your initial assessment we submit an Allied Health Recovery Request to your insurer outlining the proposed treatment and goals. Once approved, there is no out-of-pocket cost to you — we bill your insurer directly at the SIRA-gazetted rates.
Working with your team
We keep your nominated treating doctor and case manager informed with progress updates, and align your care with returning to work safely. If you're seeing a physiotherapist or osteopath for the same injury, let us know — you can't receive overlapping manual therapies for the same condition at the same time.
How to get started
- 1Report your injury to your employer and lodge a claim if you haven't already.
- 2See your GP (nominated treating doctor) for a certificate of capacity.
- 3Bring your claim number and insurer details to your first visit — we'll request treatment approval from your insurer.
