Can I claim whiplash treatment through CTP insurance?
In many cases, treatment for injuries from a motor vehicle accident can be covered under a CTP (compulsory third party) claim. Bring your claim details and we'll help you understand the process. Speak to us and your insurer about approval before ongoing treatment.
My neck felt fine after the accident but hurts now — is that normal?
Yes. Whiplash symptoms commonly take a day or two to develop as inflammation builds. It's worth getting assessed even if the pain came on later.
Is treatment safe soon after an accident?
Assessment always comes first. In the early, irritable phase Dr Elvin typically uses gentle, low-force approaches and progresses your care as symptoms settle. If anything needs medical review, you'll be referred.
Do I need a referral?
