Who can claim the $70 new patient special?
The special is for new patients: anyone who hasn't been in to see us before. It covers your initial consultation, exam and first adjustment, normally $120.
Do I need a referral?
No. Chiropractors are primary-contact practitioners in Australia, so you can book directly online.
Can I claim it on my health fund?
We have HICAPS on site, so if your private health cover includes chiropractic you can claim your rebate on the spot. Your rebate depends on your fund and level of cover.
What should I bring?
Bring any relevant imaging (X-rays, MRI, CT), a list of current medications and your health fund card if you have one. Wear comfortable clothing you can move in.
Will I be locked into a treatment plan?
Never. We don't sell prepaid packages and you're not asked to commit beyond your next appointment.
